We purchased a customer screen door from Shep’s. They were very responsive and showed up to give us an estimate on time. Cole did a great job walking us through all the options as well as what the whole process looked like. He nailed it, color matched, door was hung on time. We did have a manufacturers defect on the door, not Shep’s fault but they came out again, replaced the door at no cost to us and have been great to work with the whole time. I would highly recommend this company for any of your household projects you are thinking about doing
